    I love the product. Very simple right out of the box. Plug it in, connect it to your car, and you're charging.
    The device is great. Where I took a star off is with regards to app integration. I see nowhere either on the app or the device on how to get the app to recognize the charger. I just can't connect to it. And the device doesn't have any way I can see to turn on bluetooth or wifi.
    Besides the app just not seeing the device, it works great as a stand-alone. The numbers they state are real. It just works.

    This charger has worked well at our rental unit. It's easy to use and has the ability to provide a full level II charge. The screen is a bit small but it's very functional and easy to use. I also like the integrated charging cord holder. It just gives it a cleaner look.

    Make sure your electrical panel can handle this 48A. I would normally want one rated for 60A to use a 48A max charger. You just don't want to always be at the max capacity.

    Easy to use and you get more than enough charge rate for an SUV or smaller car to recharge every night (at the low rates you get in late at night) even with heavy daily driving. If you drive a Cybertruck or F-150 Lightning, you may want to invest in a 60A model if you want to charge at the cheapest electrical rates.

    If you have an EV, chances are the dealer pitched their dealer-installed charger option to you, and you thought, I wonder if I can get something cheaper than $5,000 that will do the same job? Yes. Yes you can, and it's right here.

    And with 48 amps (if your service supports it) on tap, this should charge as fast as the dealer charger, or very close to it. The only thing I wish were different is I wish the screen were a wee bit bigger, sometimes it's hard for me to see unless I take off my glasses. If you have great up-close vision, you won't have a problem, but for those of us getting on in years, the small-ish screen can be hard to read.

    Of course, you can always use the phone app and you don't have to look at the screen, lol.

    Overall, my only complaint is the small-ish screen. It's not even enough to take a star off, really. Maybe they'll make it bigger for next year's model. When I look at how much money it saves versus the dealer installed charger, this is a no-brainer home run of a deal. 5 stars.
