    There's no reason for $700 level 2 charging stations. Level 2 is nothing more than a 220v regulated amperage delivery to the on board inverters and charger.

    Unless you're doing DC fast charging the hardware should be simple. NEMA 14-50 and you're done. Can even take it with you. Put NEMA 14-50 everywhere and the range anxiety will disapate.

    The great feature is the App. That can be very helpful.
    The worst thing is the fact that after it is done charging the Car it does not disengage from the car like it is supposed to when you press the release button the majority of the time which forces me to unplug the charger from the power outlet in order to disconnect it from the Car.

    Unit arrived well packaged in new condition. Installed into proper 240 Volt receptacle, adjusted the output current to 32 amps, set clock setting to zero, plugged into Kia EV6 receptacle, with in moments car recognized charging started. approximately 5 hours later the charger stopped, the Kia stopped the current flow at 80%, all is well!
    We have been using this device for two months without any major problems. For clarity the mfg could have instructed that the buttons to control output current and resetting the clock timer is not a push button, rather it is a touch sensitive type of button.

    This is a quite basic charger compare with my other charger installed at office parking lot.
    pro:
    It delivers the power as promised. I charge my 2024 Toyota Prius Prime quickly (it only requed 3.6Kw/h). Takes about 3 1/2 hours to charge from 30% to 100%. (as indicated on the Toyota Apps)
    The Price is wonderful for the moment.

    Con:
    The App do not show current session charging energy used at Charing page.
    The App History Charging time is the "plug-in" time rather than actual energy delivery time. it took 3 hours to complete but shows 11 hours (plug in).
    The device do not have security for charging outdoor setup. Any one can use it, so it is ok for in-garage or non public use.
    The charger sometimes resets its charging Amperage deliver, I setup for 32A and it sometimes reset tp 10Amp. I am sure no one changed the setting.
    No App notification if the car is fully charged/ finished charge

    In summary, it is a budget device for in-door charging, however, the app can be more useful with an upgrade of the features.

    I have used it for two months now. I installed it at work. For my Tesla Y. So far, I can’t see much difference between this one and the much more expensive ones that I installed at home. 32 A maximum charge amp. Cannot do 40 amp. But it will still give me 10% per hour, equivalent to about 30 miles, just a little slower than original Tesla wall charger. Best of all it can be plugged into a 30 amp dryer plug with an adapter without any special modifications. The adapter is less than $20 on Amazon. You will be able to set it to the maximum 32 amps safely without popping the fuse. Didn’t use the app. I just set the charger to ON and use the Tesla app to control charging. So far, very happy. Just hoping it doesn’t break down too soon since it’s the cheapest one on Amazon at the time of the purchase.

    Compared to others, they do what they are meant to do, it charges the car. The APP is a different story, not the greatest, very limited on information from the app. Issue is the APP constantly changes your settings all the time, I know I set it up to 32 Amps, why when I open it finds a random amperage.
