    Charges in a whole day if you’re at 50% i have it plugged in to a regular outlet. I don’t have a 220v outlet for level 2 charging so cant compare. But so far so good feels good quality just like the supercharge stations, opens like it too by pressing the button.

    I have compared the charging characteristics of 5 different chargers at different amps and at different voltages in BMW iX. At 240V, 16A settings, the Ecogenic charging was at 3.62% per hour, almost 1% faster than the other brand. This rate provides about 13.8 miles per hour. At 14 cents per kW, it costs $0.038 per mile. All the data was collected from the BMW app. The unit is light as the cable is thin but at good length, 21 feet long. The lock hook is made of metal not some cheap plastic that can break if pull hard while locked. The setting is very easy. I would recommend it.

    I got this charger to top off my electric car battery when we go to the cabin. I haven't needed to charge my car when we go there, but I like to keep the car battery well charged in case of emergency. The road home has been blocked a few times due to wildfires and accidents and a longer detour is required. I don't want to run out of charge due to one of there unforeseen circumstances.
    I don't as yet have a 220V connection I can use at my cabin so I got this charger to charge at 110V. It charges very slow at 110V and 12Amps, but this is the case with all chargers at 110V. At home in my garage I charge at 220V and 50Amps which is about 8 times faster. So a 3 hour charge at home will take 24 hours at the cabin with this charger.
    If I find I need a faster charge at the cabin I will wire in a 220V outlet and then this charger will charge much faster.

    This was a good solution for my hybrid and setting up in my apartment garage. I live in a Condo and the electric in the garages is supplied by the HOA. Apartment manager said that most EV users can't charge in their garage because it was 15 amp circuit plus the garage opener is already tied to the circuit so most EV chargers would pop the breaker. Set this to 8 or 12 amps and have had no issues so far. It charges over 50% faster than oem but it's still on the same 110 plug the other cable charger was. the certifications are clearly displayed, and I noticed the UL mark on the cable, so I feel confident about safety. It was so impressive that my father bought one for his hybrid plug in car. Works the same on his car.

    I needed a charger for a Chevy Bolt EUV to replace the OEM charger. it works great on level 1 and, it also has adapters to work on both 110V and 220V. Really solid quality charger with adjustable amperage that allows you to change amps from 8 amps to 16 amps. I use this in my garage tested both 110 and 220V both worked flawlessly. Setup takes 5 min out of the box. The heavier gauge cable god for reaching far outlets. UL certification also on the cable! Recommend!

    I am very happy with this EV charger, it is everything I hope it would be.

    Install was very simple, I could tell it was well made and very well thought oiut. My EV loves it and I am getting the full 16 amps.

    Overall, this purchase perfectly matches its description and I am extremely satisfied with the product. It definitely deserves a five-star rating and I would purchase again!
