    I installed this (hardwire) less than a week ago, set up a schedule in the app, plug up the EV and let it charge 12AM-5AM when the rates are cheapest.

    So far it has done quite well. EV is charged and ready to go every morning. The app tracks the cost, Kilowatt hours and the time it took to charge.

    The iOS app really needs an update. It hasn’t been updated in 11 months. Right now, it will not send me any notifications if my device goes offline. And, when offline, it will still say it’s ready to charge.

    In addition, the app has no idea how much energy it has dispensed. It will say that that my total consumption since install is 300kwhr but then will give me a graph saying that I used 600kwhr last week. Doesn’t make sense. It will also say that I used 50kwhr at $0.33 / kwhr, for a total cost of $0.19. ?????

    You really need to keep an eye on the app. If you aren’t paying attention, you won’t notice that the numbers are gibberish. The app is the product’s Achilles heel, which is sad because the hardware seems OK.

    The charger we received was hardwired in by my electrician. The charger has operated above and beyond and it looks terrific on the wall. It has style and I like the way it lights up with its indicators.

    If I would say anything, it would have to be that I expected more from the phone app. It’s ok, but seems incomplete without having enough info in real time. It would be great if it would track the amount of time left to charge.

    Anyway, so far it’s t seems like a quality piece of equipment!

    I have used the EVIQO EV Level 2 charger overnight twice since it was installed last week. The unit performed flawlessly. There were no charging interruptions. To charge from 40% to 100% took just under 7 hours with a 78.107 KWH power consumption. The app accurately tracked and reported the charging cycle.

    This unit was highly rated in many different reviews and the review on the "State of Charge" YouTube channel was very thorough which sealed the deal for me. Yuriy Dobosh, the founder of EVIQO reached out directly to talk about my experience with his product.

    I highly recommend the EVIQO EV Level 2 charger to anyone looking for a home charging solution for their EV needs.

    We installed the hardwired version to get the extra speed. So far I'm very impressed with the quality of the product. Even the electriction noted that this is a new product he hadn't seen before but it's very high quality.

    App set up was easy and charging was plug and play. We purchased a 2nd unit for our 2nd home. Would highly recommend.
