Cover is made of a medium weight waterproof material. It is cut large enough to easily fit my grill with the front shelf installed. Glad i bought this.

The fitment is perfect, enough slack to make it simple to slip off and doesn't take too much work to slip back on but it hugs the grill enough to keep it from getting blown off in the wind. The material is pretty heavy duty, and I store a bin of extra pellets under the grill since the cover goes just down to the ground. The only complaint I have is that the sleeve for the chimney didn't need to be that tightly form fittedand it's a little annoying to slip the cover over that.

This cover fits our Traeger XL perfectly. It’s thick fabric and made well. We've had some crazy rain storms recently and this cover keeps grill protected perfectly. Definitely happy we purchased this and highly recommend.

The BBQ was set up today, and I was a bit surprised when I took the cover out of the box because of how substantial this cover is. Of course, the Ironwood XL is a big BBQ requiring an extensive cover. It is big, but it is also well made, an excellent heavy canvas that hopefully will cover and protect the BBQ for years to come.
