    I bought it to use on my new IONIQ5 and charge at home. I hired a certified electrician to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet connected to a 40A Circuit breaker. This is the proper and safest installation to use with this 32A Level 2 charger. After plugged the charger and connected to the car, the charging reached the 32A advertised, and 7.6KW showed in car cluster. It is working flawless and the iPhone App is very convenient and easy to connect and use. I opted for a 32A charger instead 40A or even 50A because of the load they can put in my house circuits. Charging overnight the speed difference is not important.

    The charger is well built, sturdy and works great. It has a great setup, and installing it was easy. Charged my car extremely fast, I have Mitsubishi Outlander. I am pleased with the adjustable amperage. I have not had any complaints with this product as of writing this review. It is affordable compared to other ones, and quality is as great as them. Would recommend

    Need to plug the charger into the wall outlet before plugging the cord into the car. When I plugged the car first, I would get outlet error issues, like the outlet had dropped voltage and was too low to support the charger. I think when you plug it into the wall first, the unit assesses the available voltage (240 outlets can vary +/-) and self adjusts the amp output. Then when you plug it in the car port it works fine. Took a few days of error messages to figure this out.

    I bought this to charge my 2023 chevy bolt. I mounted it in my garage near the door. It's got enough cord to reach if I park in the driveway or inside the garage. The settings are pretty easy to figure out and it charges plenty fast for my needs. It charges from 10% to 100% overnight, so I don't need anything more than this. The charge delay is also nice to I can charge when my solar system is producing electricity.

    The charger worked on my vehicle right away. I had some issues getting it added to my Smart Life app though. It wouldn't show up when I selected Add Device, and I couldn't figure out if I needed to do something to get the charger into pairing mode. I emailed customer support and they helped me to realize the issue was that my phone was on 5 GHz wifi, and it needed to be on a 2.4 GHz network. Since my router hosts both bands under the same SSID, I had to temporarily adjust some things to force my phone to use 2.4 just long enough to get the charger added to the app. Once I did that, it found the charger right away and has worked since.
