    I previous have had a number of robots in the past, including several of the most popular robots. My last robot was also a RoboRock, and I really liked what it did as well as the mapping system using my Android phone.

    This Q5 Pro (not the +) seems to do even a better job, and with a larger dust bin.

    Not all that impressed with the stationary mopping, but we have used that several times. Simple enough to fill the cartridge with water. I use the vacuum 2x (vacuum 2 times, different cleaning patterns) to just clean the defined rooms, or a zone, or even the entire house.

    Emptying the dust bin is simple. I have an extra filter and mop pad so that I can swap them out when needing to clean them and yet still have the vacuum going.

    With our cats, and underneath areas (such as a king sized bed and dressers), this keeps all their fur and dust away without me having to get down and manually sweep those areas. VERY HANDY.

    I have ours set to start at 10am every day. It takes 55 minutes to clean our 1200 sqft house, and then it goes back to get recharged for its next session. If it ever ran 20% or lower on battery power, it goes to its charging dock, and when charged, it goes back and finishes what it didn't do.

    Yeah, I really like being a lazy vacuumer! I just have to make sure that I don't trip on it while its cleaning. It's not THAT quiet though. Has multiple power levels if needed.

    Will I stick with RoboRock in the future? YEPPER. I've had over a dozen robots over the years, and I like being lazy.

    Replaced my Wyze robot vacuum which worked flawlessly for two years, and then started to ram into walls, spin in circles. Wyze would not support any troubleshooting. Forums helped me conclude after a battery replacement, it can't be fixed.

    After hours of research, watching youtube videos, and talking to friends, I made the choice to purchase the roborock Q5 Pro+. The mop feature was an afterthought, and this was purchased for the vacuum preformance.

    Setup and install only took about 10min. My multi room main floor has lots of one inch heigh differences between rooms. Wood floors with lots of low pile rugs, was no issue for this vacuum. It ran very quiet, and picked up all the small dirt and debris that existed as my wyze vacuum stopped working two weeks ago.

    At the end of the vacuum cycle, where it almost never bumps into anything, cleans by the walls, and doesn't get stuck in small areas, it returns to its charging station. As it empties its small chamber into the larger charging station, that is quite loud, as loud as a large stand alone vacuum cleaner, though it only lasts for about 10 seconds.

    The mopping function is useless as many, many reviews here will let you know. The device is not smart enough to figure out rugs vs wood floors. The pad does not stay wet enough to properly clean, and if you let it soak before use, it leaves steaks on your floor. I'm fine with that, as I did not need this function for purchase. However, for the price, it really should work. Other devices by other brands that sell for this price or cheaper have much, much more effective mops.

    That said, I'm much happier with this robot vacuum then my Wyze, though there is a price difference, the tech and effectiveness are miles above.

    It's very possible more expensive devices from Roborock are more effective combo with mop. However, I wasn't willing to spend even more to take that chance.

    What can I say? I LOVE this robot vacuum! I can't believe I spend so much time in doubt of what the robot vacuums can do. I think this is the PERFECT MODEL if you have never had any robot vacuums before, and personally I think this has everything you need. I only purchased the robot vacuum (without the self emptying station) as I think $200 dlls. more are not worth it just to "save" you the task of removing the dust collector and emptying it in the trash can by yourself. It only takes you 10 seconds to do it, so you should really think about it. Other than that, everything works perfect! Best purchased ever!

    I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon (daily shopper) and this is my first review ever. This vacuum is amazing. I bought the Roborock Q5 for about $250 and well worth it! My daughter has the more expensive version with all the bells and whistles, but I wanted to try the same brand, but cheaper. I am not too techie, but this was easy to set up and use. The app is great! After cleaning just pull out the pick up tray and dump in the trash, easy peazy! I am going to buy one for my elderly Mother so she doesn't have to vacuum. I have about 3,000 sq foot of hardwood floors and area rugs and it cleans both no problem. I have dogs that leave their toys under the bed and it goes around them. It has never gotten stuck and you will be amazed at all the dirt collected once it is finished. I was originally concerned about the sound being too loud and annoying, but its fairly quiet and not bothersome. My dogs tried to bite the vacuum the first couple of uses, but they were no match and eventually gave up. Great Buy!!

    Actually second robot vacuum for us. First one was a joke. Did lots of research for this one and LOVE IT! It is constantly learning as we move things around. We have beautiful custom hardwood floors with an occasional throw rug. Only 2 rooms are carpet. Have not explored all of the cleaning options yet but we are more than happy with this item. Whether we select whole house or a specific room, it is able to handle the task. It seems quiet but is effective. Can easily talk at a normal level while it is working. No need to pick up throw rugs as it will easily sweep those as well. Forgot to check al floors and it did get tangled up in a glove. Got a notification from the app, looked on the app to see which room it was in, removed glove and pressed resume and it finished its task. Love that it will sweep under beds so no more dust bunnies! We have a floor lamp that has a sloped base that has never been so clean. It does take some time for it to work around or over electrical cords but does not seem to have a problem with them. Left the basement door open and it identified the top step as a cliff and went on its business.

    My only regret is it doesn't come with an automatic emptying of the dust bin but I wasn't willing to spend the extra $$$. Maybe next time. Would highly recommend. Would buy again.

    Does a good job of picking up even on rugs. Have not used mopping feature yet. Easy to program right out of box.

    After trying a few of the lesser-brand lidar vacs, I was never impressed & caved in spending some money on Roborock. No regrets, worth the money! It cleans wonderfully, maps & tracks well and has been no hassle. It just does it's thing and does it well. It is, however, creaky. It feels like it's thin cheap plastic and it rattles & creaks as it's going around the floors. Since it works awesomely, I can overlook that but guests think I have a cheapo crap robot.

    I purchased this mop after doing HOURS of research and I am overall pretty pleased with the robot mop! I purchased one of these because I have a toddler who is one messy boy so it helps me keep up with my messes!

    A few things I love:
    - it’s not super loud
    - the app is really easy to work and you can create all different kinds of routines for your vacuum
    - the price is not bad for what you are getting! It’s not super high end but it’s also not super cheap. It’s a good middle price.
    - it doesn’t replace cleaning but you definitely are able to clean A LOT less often when using this!

    A few things I don’t love:
    - I wish a little more water came out when mopping. It almost seems like it misses spots when you look at the water pattern it leaves (and I do have the setting on to make more water come out)
    - I don’t love that it only comes with one mop pad
    - It does suck a little bit that I have to buy replacement bags for the inside but luckily it does last a while!
    - sometimes I feel like if there’s space between rugs and it’s not good at picking that stuff up
    -it does seem to push my crumbs under the couch versus picking them up.

    This Roborock Q5 Pro+ is a great vacuum. It makes the iRobot s9+ look like a total POS in every regard. The Q5 clean well, cleans quickly and it does a great job picking up dirt and pet hair on tile floors. It also navigates very well. It mapped my home in about 45 minutes or less. My only criticism is that the user interface could be designed to be more friendly, although once you become familiar with it then it is pretty simple to use. Hey iRobot, you should take a lesson from Roborock!!! They got it right.

    Estuve viendo varias opciones de robots por muchos días y por el precio/calidad me pareció que esta es la mejor opción. Llevo una semana usándola y sin ningún problema, todo funciona muy bien. La parte de trapeado no es perfecta pero hace buen trabajo. La interfaz es user friendly, lástima que no se pueda seleccionar el cuarto que quieres limpiar con un clic, tienes que poner la zona que quieres o preseleccionar para que quede guardado. Pero en general, sin duda alguna, hasta ahora lo recomiendo.

    This vacuum cleans very thoroughly on all surfaces of the home including carpet, tile and wood floors. It’s louder than I would like but the power shows in the quality of the clean so I’m willing to overlook the volume of noise. It also empties itself which I absolute love as the home has a very large surface area and it has to recharge to finish. I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to go empty it so it can finish the job. We have four dogs two of which include a husky and a husky Shepard mix and this keeps the fur in check. Overall I’m happy with this beast of a vacuum.
