    I had high hopes… I mean it’s a $500 machine. And good reviews. But the mop leaves these crazy “tire” like streaks on my tile floor. Please see the pictures. Oh well, I’ll try it for a week and see if it gets any better. But it looks like I’m returning it unfortunately.

    Very disappointed in this product. The vacuum portion works reasonably well. However, the mop function does not. It leaves extreme streaks on LVP flooring. I have only used the approved cleaning solution per the manufacturer, have regularly cleaned and rotated brushes, and slowed down the rate at which I run the vacuum over the floors. Unfortunately none have improved the streaks as seen in this photo. Very disappointing.

    I purchased the H12 Pro after doing extensive research & deciding to go with this one over the Tineco. I wanted to love it so bad! Easily put together, no issues there. But when I used it ( the 1st - the 5th time ) a different issue arose.
    1st issue I had was seeing streaks everywhere. On my both my hardwood & tile.
    2nd issue I encountered was water leaking from somewhere. I was never able to pinpoint exactly where so I made sure everything was on the right way to no avail.
    3rd & last issue I had before finally just returning it was, I noticed it didn’t seem to clean anything. I made sure I REREAD the WHOLE manual AGAIN but couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t cleaning the floors. I repeated using the vacuum mop over the next 2 days on different floors to see if maybe that would change the outcome but it did not. I knew I had to return it after that because I pulled out my spin mop, put a brand new mop head on it & mopped a small section on each floor the H12 Pro hadn’t been able to clean while making sure to clean the dirty water compartment of my spin mop between each floor section & washing the spin mop head after each section as well & the dirty water from my spin mop was filthy. So needless to say the H12 Pro was NOT cleaning at all. I don’t know if I just received a defective one or what but I refuse to throw $500 down the drain. I wanted it so bad (was supposed to be my Christmas gift) but in this economy, I couldn’t just wait to see if it would work or “get it repaired” & my return window close. Plus when buying a BRAND NEW product, you shouldn’t need it repaired from the very first use. Like I mentioned, I used it 5x but that 5th time, I gave into defeat. I really NEEDED & WANTED it to be spectacular but sadly I was let down. Guess I just have to go back to be Cinderella.

    We use no shoes in the house and vacuum regularly and the stuff this thing picked up!! Dust is inevitable and this has been a god send! Quick to operate, covers a lot of surface area compared to a mop or going on your hands and knees. It self cleans wonderfully! I haven’t had any smells. I also take the extra effort to wash out the tanks and a little bit of the suction port after self cleaning. It helps keep it cleaner and the little effort goes a long way! I’m in love with my floors. And this is light dirt. I have no doubt it will clean heavy dirt just as effectively. Hair too!! And there is a lot of that in the home. Wonderful device! You won’t regret the pro!

    First off, I love this thing. All I need now is a little vacuum mop for my counters and I’m set lol. Seriously, this thing is impressive. I watched YouTube review videos first and I was sold. So glad this wasn’t a waste of money. I attached a video of it in use after I dropped the filthy water on my floor. Zipped it right up and left my floor clean. My favorite part is leaving it on the charger dock to clean itself. The vacuum announces when it’s done cleaning and kindly asks me to pour out the dirty water. Yes, ma’am, it’s the least I can do in exchange for sweeping and mopping 😂

    I didn’t know what to expect with this mop vac, but the first time I used it, I was completely blown away. Now I’m looking for anything on my floors so I can keep using this. It takes off like a rocket and uses very little water and the little water it did use was pitch black. It sucks up everything on your floor, mops it and dries it within few minutes. I cannot recommend this product enough.

    Update—After multiple attempts to fix unit at home with assistance from support i was finally sent a replacement unit that seems to be working well.

    I clearly have a defective unit as it leaves dirty water everywhere after only a few minutes of cleaning. Customer service is no help. This $500 product has a 30’DAY warranty…so now with only 6 months of owning it i have no option but to deal with the mess or box it up and ship it AT MY EXPENSE to a service center where MAYBE I’ll get reimbursed….just insane. Worst customer service ever

    I have parakeets and three children, I work, I also have responsibilities in my ministry, little time for cleaning and I had tried many tools that would make my cleaning easier and I couldn't find the ideal one until I found out about this machine. It's the best thing they've invented. My floor was fogged with the mop but with this it is impeccable, shiny, I don't have to sweep, this sweeps and cleans I just have to put water on it, the product it comes with and when the machine tells me to clean the dirty water tank. I'm happy and it saves me a lot of time. I have had it for 4 months now and I have no complaints. I recommend it 100 💯.

    It has been 3 months with this vac mop and the roller brush clip will not stay put which makes the roller stop rolling and also dirty water leaks from the machine constantly. I have reached out to the company and am waiting for a resolution. I am pretty sure it is just the design of the clip and they can't really change that. The clip is not secured at all and needs a better design. For $500 I'm not thrilled.

    So far I’m obsessed with this vac mop! I have 2 babies and there are constant crumbs. I use this after every meal, I will say it for deep clean if something is really stuck on the floor. If something has been left on the floor dried it doesn’t come up as easily but that does bother me. I read a million reviews before deciding on this model. I’m over the moon happy with it so far.

    At first, I really liked this. It didn't take long for the suction to be poor even when I cleaned it thoroughly, and the dirty water chamber has a HORRIBLE smell after awhile even when cleaned immediately after use. It's like even when soaked in hot water and bleach the smell would not come out of the plastic. They wanted me to pay to ship it to them for repair when I reached out to have the issue resolved.
