    I was looking for an economical WiFi enabled Level 2 charger for our 2023 Chevy Bolt EV and decided to give this one a try. For the price I have been very pleased with how it works. I am able to track the energy usage daily and monthly and it has great features that allow you to customize the amps and charging rate.
    The thick electrical cable is also a plus.

    The charger is working as expected. If you already have NEMA 14-50 outlet, you can just plug it in and use it right away. I did not have one, so I watched other youtube tutorial and installed NEMA 14-50 outlet. The highest power output is 32A. If you are looking for higher, like 40A, 48A, this is not for you. For the price, I believe it is the best option on the market unless your state or your electric company offers other incentives.

    One thing needs to be improved is the charger holder in my second picture. Whenever I try to pull it out, I have to push up a little, otherwise, it would get stuck in there. Hope seller can improve this small defect.

Although I haven't read it all, I can find answers to the problems in the process of using it. The customer service is friendly, and they also sent me an electronic version of the instructions. And I'm planning to buy my parents an electric car, so we can use it together.However, you should choose a good adapter, or it will affect your charging speed. Because the adapter I bought before broke down after a period of use. But currently, the charger works well and charges very quickly.

    Fits the adapter my Tesla came with. Had to buy an adapter for the wall outlet. Decent speed on the charging, if you have a type 2 plug outlet on your wall. I was surprised how well this charger performed for what it’s worth. Installation was a breeze, pretty much plug and play. I didn’t mount this to my wall as I carry it in my trunk, came with a black bag so transporting it is easy. I charge it at work or when visit family if I need a charge. Over all this charger is worth it for the price you pay.
