    My keurig died on me and I needed a new machine. I wanted something that I could use any coffee grounds with and maybe brew a whole pot if I wanted to and this is perfect for that. I love how I can schedule a time for it to brew.
    My only complaint is that coffee grounds get through the permanent filter if I don't use a paper filter as well, even when using large grounds.

    Pros: loved the detachable reservoir, pot, buttons, and display very much!

    Cons: we cleaned the machine, ran water through, made coffee, repeated, repeated with vinegar, air dried, and still the coffee and water smelled of burned plastic.

    I wanted to keep it so bad because I loved the set up but the taste was awful. Even with filtered water, paper filters, and cutting the coffee mixture down. Disappointing

    We got this to transition from a French press back to a full coffee maker and absolutely love this unit. The build quality is superb, from the magnetic coffee scoop on the side, to the actual stainless steel that the unit is wrapped in. We also love the little details, for instance when you flip the drip stop it notifies you on the screen, and won't let you brew a coffee if the drip stop is turned on. We LOVE the reusable coffee filter, which takes seconds to rinse out and completely eliminates the need to mess with paper filters.

    The interface is straightforward and easy to use, and the different modes, including cold brew work phenomenally. The "rich" coffee option is a little bit of a gimmick as it just uses less water and you could do the same by running a standard cup and adding another scoop or two of grounds vs getting a less full pot.

    The carafe warmer works well, and we like the fact that you can configure it to stay on for different amounts of time depending on how quickly you typically empty the carafe. The only thing we don't love is the design of the carafe has a wide plastic band around the top that traps water when you run the carafe through the dishwasher. After you run it, you have to turn it right-side up and let the water come out before putting it back into the pot.

    Overall we love this coffee maker and from a build quality, looks, and features perspective it's been an amazing addition to the house.

    Ninja CM371 Hot & Iced XL Coffee Maker with Rapid Cold Brew- I love Ninja products and this coffee maker is my new favorite coffee maker. It’s been a long time since I’ve purchased a coffee maker and my last one was a Keurig over 10+ years ago. I love the drip stop on this Ninja. Now maybe other brands have this feature, I don’t know, but for me, this is one of my favorite features of this. I like that you can brew single cup or full carafe. The coffee pot is glass with a lid that makes a snap noise to ensure it’s clicked into place. I like the built in spoon that snaps into the side of the unit. I like having the option of brewing a single cup or pot. The coffee has been great. It’s easy to use and the display is nice. I have not tried the cold brew feature yet because I don’t really drink cold brew. This is another winning product from Ninja that I’d recommend to everyone.

    Nothing on it feels cheap, like it would break easy under normal use.. It is easy to fill and clean.. I like the fact that you can fill the container and then drop it in vs dumping water in a compartment in the back of it to fill it like our old coffee pot.

    It would be nice if it was a little cheaper.. But overall, it is a decent coffee pot that so far, works good..

    This makes it quick and easy to make any kind of coffee you want! I love that I can make my iced coffee just as easily as my husband can make his hot coffee. The tank is large and can hold enough for multiple uses. I love that we can make coffee right into a travel mug or a carafe. With a few button presses and the turn off a knob you can choose easily how you want your coffee. It is also very easy to set the time and timer to have hot coffee ready for you when you get up!
