    This is a quality animatronic for the price! To assemble, simply slide the feet into the base, place the poles into one another, and drape the pumpkin man on top of the poles. This requires three AA batteries and they were already installed in the battery compartment. There is an on/off switch on the battery compartment and once you know where it is, it’s easy to switch on and off without reaching up the garments of the animatronic. I love that this is sound and touch activated, and it’s sensitive enough that you don’t have to hit it to turn it on. I love that the head lights up and it moves back-and-forth. It stands well inside my house, but you will want to add guy wires to it if it’s outside where it could be windy. I stretched out the material a little to give it some girth, and he looks creepy! I recommend it!

    Easy to setup. Tall and spooky! I only gave it 4 stars due to the plastic covering over the eyes and mouth inside the pumpkin. Most likely due to the heat, the glue gave out and wasn't secure on the inside. I tried to reglue it but that didn't work. I'm most likely going to opt for a sheer crystal like fabric to glue on the inside which is easy to do and will create the same affect.

    This is one of the best quality animated Halloween decorations I've found yet. This one is well made with better quality materials. The stand makes this guy huge. The spooky sounds and shaky movements are really cool. This is a great quality product! Highly recommended!

    Instructions are not included with how to assemble or operate. However, it was easy to assemble as minimal instructions are included in the listing. Batteries are included which is a plus. I tested out the motion activation and it works really well. I can't wait to hang this up above my door this halloween!

    Just got this an hour ago, had to set it up and check it out. Minimal directions, but it went together easily. It came with batteries even though the product description said it didn't. A couple of minor issues: at first, I had to reach up through the skirt to turn the ghost pumpkin on, which is a long reach. Once I got done playing with it, I noticed that the control box is at about throat level on the ghost. I was able to feel around and find it, and therefore, turn the ghost on and off without having to reach up its skirt. The other item is that I'll definitely be using the stabilizing "spikes" as it wants to tip over just sitting in the corner of the room I store my Halloween stuff. As said in the headline, nice sound effects, and nice movement. I like the fact that it's motion-activated since I have several animatronics, and having to touch all of them to get them to operate is a bit tedious. I now have several new Halloween-themed items. Only about 8 weeks to go!
