    I originally ordered this same cord in April - liked it so well I decided to get a second one to keep at a relatives house I visit frequently that lives out in the boonies. Received it today and it is VERY used - it was wrapped up perfectly in a brand new case, even had all of the plastic covers on the plugs, etc but the plastic case surrounding the electronics is very badly scuffed and looks like it's been wet. I didn't even try to plug it in to my car for fear there's a reason for the return. So I'm returning this...If I wanted a used item I would have bought it at a much cheaper price than new.

    This charger is very good quality. It lasted me for almost 2 years. When I started having a problem with it, I decided to inquire about the warranty on this item. I was surprised to see that the warranty for this item is 24 months. I contacted the manufacturer and informed them about what was happening. They immediately contacted me via email and requested a small video, the manufacturing number and the kind of vehicle that I was using for charge. A immediately sent them the information and once they confirm the information they sent me a replacement. The process was so easy and I am a happy customer. I am hoping the replacement will last me longer than two years. I will definitely buy from them again if I need a new charging unit. Their customer service is top-notch.

    We purchased this unit in April, 2022. It worked great up until the first of August 2024. I exchanged emails with the service dept. listed on the web page, asking if they could repair it at my cost, knowing it was beyond the 2 yr warranty. It kept shutting off and the plug in to the Ionic 5 would get very warm. They talked me thru trouble shooting, responding promptly to my emails. In the end, they said they would send a replacement, even though it was out of warranty. They stand behind their product!! Looking forward to a long term relationship with MUSTART.

We contacted the electrician and was told it was due to the connection issue of the product. I checked and found the product has 2 years warranty with which, I contacted their post sales team with photos of the issue. They quickly send the replacement with no extra cost at our side. We are happy with how they treated us and happy to share this positive review.

    I needed a quick replacement for the charger that came with my car. I was charging it during a rainstorm and didn’t realize that you couldn’t charge during rain and ruined the factory charger. Unfortunately, the dealership said there was a nationwide shortage on the chargers so I would have to buy an aftermarket charger. I was hesitant because I didn’t want to ruin my car, but without a charger, my car was just a yard ornament. There aren’t any charging stations in my area so I was stuck. I decided to buy the best rated charger within my budget and this one was the best. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it charges my car. It is 2 hours faster and the cord is super thick and well made. I would definitely recommend this charger over the factory one that my car came with. You will not be disappointed.

    This thing still hums along great, used daily... so far so good.

    This company gets a lot of FUD and for the price and the fact its been 3 years now of OUTDOOR Usage (water proof NEMA 14-50 enclosed Socket).... it deserves a 6 star review.

    I want a WiFi one next but there's no point in buying a new one if this thing simply refuses to die. It also gets direct sunlight here in South Georgia / North Florida border and if you use it at prime afteroon hours the overheat protection kicks in and protects the unit itself. So we only use it at night, again its bee 3 years of daily usage.

    Our car charger worked for 20 months and then stopped. MUSTART lived up to their warranty and replaced it at no cost. We did have issues with the new one as well so they replaced it with an upgraded model, again at no cost.
    They were very easy to deal with and very responsive to our issues.
