    I like the coffee pot very much and love that it is single or carafe operation. I did have to call customer support to get the pod to work. Small glitch, but still would not have been able to use it without calling for the fix. I think that should be in the directions. I bought one and sent it back, and re-purchased. When the 2nd one didn’t work, I called customer support. I am a big fan of Cuisinart products in general. This one is very good looking and does not take up much space on by counter. I recommend this product.

    I had a Ninja coffee maker that lasted forever and was hoping to repurchase but they redesigned since I purchased that. Decided to go with this product after some research. The pot holds plenty of coffee and the pod option is great. Reported problems in the reviews but I haven’t had any.
    One thing I miss terribly is the stop drop option. You have to wait for the pot to fill before you can get your coffee. Life requires enough patience, this is not the moment I want to practice it.

    Pod side did not work so contacted support. Was instructed to lift pod lid and press the re-set button, just in front of hinge, several times. Wait five minutes, press several more times, an wala the pod light came on, I selected 12 oz option and brewed a cup of perfect coffee. Cross my fingers it continues to work. Awesome customer support!

    Update- I have to unplug the unit and reset every time I make single cup or carafe side. This morning I made a pot of coffee, the coffee started to boil in the pot, then smoke started coming out from the heater pad. Unplugged it and I am returning it for a refund.

    I've been using this for about a month and I am happy so far. The carafe is big if we need to make a lot of coffee. But having the option of making one cup only is great, that is the side we use most. The built in filters that comes with each side saves me money from not needing to buy filters and I get to use the same coffee for both sides. No need to buy individual pods, which can add up $$. The water reservoir holds enough for multiple cups and is easy to detach so you can fill it. The instructions are easy to read. The display is very nice and modern. It makes hot and cold coffee and we use both options. The one thing I did not account for is the height of the machine. My cabinet on top does not allow me to fully open the lid on the right side. The machine is too tall and I do not have enough space between the top and bottom cabinets. That was my fault though, as I should have measured. I recommend measuring your space before you buy. You will need about a foot of space between the top of the machine and the top cabinet to fully lift the lid up. This is only an issue for the side of the carafe not the single cup that takes pods. That side works fine as it is a smaller lid that does not take up as much space. That is the only inconvenience I have with this machine. But it is not a reason for me to return it. I feel like happy with this purchase and have gotten compliments on it from family members who visit.
