I contacted keurig help libe and after troubleshooting the rep said to send her the proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number for them to send me a new machine.     I received this as a birthday present from my husband, and I am over the moon with it. I highly enjoy the fact I can make a single serving of coffee in my thermos when I am heading out, or if I am in the mood to just sip on coffee all morning I can make myself more in the carafe. It brews well so my coffee doesn't taste watered down, it is efficient, easy to clean, and best of all, it tells me when it needs to be descaled. It helps keep itself maintained. Absolutely love this over my old Keurig 2.0.

    My old Kuerig lasted me over 12 years, but died on me over Mother's Day weekend. I purchased this one on Amazon for the same price that it was on "sale" on the Kuerig site. I am so happy with this. It is so easy to use. I now can make a single cup when wanted or now can make it for more in the family or even just some of my To-Go coffee. Takes up about the same amount of space as my old single cup Kuerig. Very happy with this purchase! Also, be sure to register it for the 1 year warranty.

    The coffee pot pours GREAT, no drips or side leakages. Very good top. The pic shows it sitting on top of the whole setup so you can see the lit. I think it's one of the best lids Keurig has used. The setup is square in dimensions, and fits perfectly on our coffee bar top, a 14" shelf, slightly less. The filter basket could be a tad larger as the amount of ground beans used for 10 cups fills the filter to the brim when the water has passed through it. Still, no mess, and the basket is well made also, easy to remove with its made-for-fingers tabs on both sides instead of that swinging ring handle thing on Mr. Coffee baskets.

    This product is thoughtfully designed. The buttons walk you through each selection. The wide opening makes it easy to fill the water source while in place or you can remove it to fill it. The pot doesn't drip when pouring.
    It is the best tasting coffee we have had from a brewer.
