    I recently purchased the Roborock Q Revo, and I am beyond impressed with its performance. As a busy professional with a Toddler around, I needed a reliable and efficient vacuum cleaner, and the Roborock has exceeded my expectations in every way.

    Pros:

    Suction Power: The Roborock's suction is incredibly strong. It effortlessly picks up dust, and debris from both carpets and hard floors. Even stubborn dirt is no match for this powerful machine.

    Smart Navigation: The intelligent navigation system is a game-changer. The Roborock maps out my home with precision, avoiding obstacles and ensuring thorough cleaning. The app allows me to set virtual boundaries and customize cleaning schedules, which is incredibly convenient.

    Battery Life: The battery life is impressive. I have a fairly large home, and the Roborock can clean the entire space on a single charge. When the battery runs low, it automatically returns to the dock to recharge and then resumes cleaning where it left off.

    Quiet Operation: Despite its powerful suction, the Roborock operates quietly. I can easily run it while I’m working from home or watching TV without any disturbance.

    So we’ve been using Q Revo for almost a year, and overall it was ok for cleaning, I would even say good. But we constantly running into two issues, that are extremely annoying and made us consider some other options. So I’ll split review into two sections.
    Pros: 1) Price At that time (11 month ago ), now it’s less competitive. 2) Easy maintenance: large or maybe even largest water tanks I guess, removable tray is genius, so easy to clean. 3) App and customization of the cleaning programs. 4) Cleaning process itself
    Cons: 1) Obstacle avoidance-Non existing!!!!
    For us it was impossible to use it without no go zones, it would delay chew on curtains, like every single time!!!
    2) it would not find the dock sometimes, that would lead to wrong map navigation, that would lead to chewing on our curtains! That became so annoying that I’ve started researching other options, but now Roborock introduced new versions Q Revo Max V, and I’m not sure what to do. I hope it’s much better, but on other hand it’s 70% more expensive, and you can get much better option for less money.

    I absolutely love my Roborock Q Revo. He does everything I need him to do. I waited to post a review until I was sure that he was the one, but we’ve been in a relationship since July of last year so I think he’s a keeper. All he asks of me is a little attention from time to time. I go to work every day and so does my Roborock. I set his schedule, tell him where to go (mapping is phenomenal), and change out the water every day (can get pretty gross if you neglect the dirty water tank). I clean him up once a week wiping his sensors and base and swapping out his brush, filter, and mop pads with fresh ones (I purchased extras to allow for cleaning and swapping). l change the bag every couple months. In return for my modest efforts, he does all the heavy lifting. I regained literally hours of free time that I spend doing things I find infinitely more enjoyable than vacuuming and mopping and my back is so happy. I have about 2,500 square feet of vinyl plank flooring throughout my house along with low pile area rugs and both are always perfect when I come home. When we have heavy foot traffic, my guy comes to the rescue. When I spill something in the kitchen, it’s cleaned and dry before I could have even retrieved/prepared my old vacuum and mop. Every once in a while I leave a barstool in a place that trips him up (he gets stuck and needs to be physically returned to the charging station), but I apologize for only thinking of myself and return him to his dock. Then, we agree to start fresh the next day. I hope our relationship stays just like it is right now.

    I loved this robot but two weeks after getting it I saw that Roborock is coming out with a new model where the mop swings out for edge cleaning, Q Revo MaxV and Q Revo Pro. I send it back so I can get the new model with the swing out mop instead. I have no complaints at all about the Roborock Q Revo, It is very quiet, app has many great features and settings, worked with the Google mini (It was great saying " Hey Google, tell the robot to clean the bathroom" and there is went to clean the bathroom). The only thing I kept wishing was that it would mop closer to the wall trim, and now Roborock has delivered exactly that....a swing out mop.

    My husky had overwhelmed my life with dog hair. I could not keep up with hair everywhere, all over my clothes, the floor, furniture, feet and socks, EVERYWHERE. Please take my word this product is a complete LIFE CHANGER. I was worried the hair would clog the robot and docking station, but after a week there are no issues at all! It empties flawlessly on its own so I literally don’t have to touch it!! My floors are always pristine and I can walk without hairs all over me. The app is amazing - you have full control and set it on routines and times and power of vacuum and mop. Just amazing best purchase I have made in years.

    I’ve had a neato, I’ve had a dreamtech but this by far is the best to me the biggest selling point is I could use a one robot and clean everything instead of having two different robots one to mop one to vacuum without worrying about removing mop or empty and bins or empty a tank after every clean.     We have a very busy household with multiple dogs. We went from having to vacuum twice a day and swifter 2 times a week to letting this Roborock do all the work. All you have to do is schedule daily cleanings and moppings. It cleans better than our cleaning lady. This is worth every penny.

    I purchased this I'm February of 2024. Since receiving and setting up, I have scheduled it to run everyday with Wednesday and Sunday being a deeper clean. And Saturday a cleaning in only the main traffic areas of my home.

    I must say, I researched all the top auto fill mop and vacuum combos, and this one had the best reviews under $1000. I was nervous to buy it, but I am thankful.
    Each time I empty the dirty tank, it is like the picture I attached. (It takes about 77minutes to clean everywhere minus the den which is on a lower floor) longer on the deep clean settings. I am amazed at how much it picks up. I have no pets but I do have preteens. The lysol wipe to the right of the photo was done after a deep clean session, and nothing was on it.

    I have only had 2 issues since getting it, which was that it died after getting caught up with a shirt that was under my bed (my fault, dark area)
    The other issue was the sensors needed to be cleaned so it died. (They actually needed to be cleaned, my fault)

    Anyways that's about it, tldr I am impressed with it.

    I have not had to deal with their cs though like others have had to do.

    Works great. I am not good about keeping up with vacuuming or mopping by hand so I wanted something as hands off as possible and this meets that. With about 50% of my main floor being hard surface I wanted a mop function too, as just vacuuming didn't feel clean enough. The self emptying dust bin is great. Love that this has self filling and emptying tanks for clean and dirty water too, unlike other models where you have to fill the robot each time to mop. That would defeat the whole hands off auto experience. Leaves nice vacuum lines and I have seen no streaks on my hard surfaces. So much cleaner with the mop and vac than only vac. I almost never have to touch it or worry about it. I haven't had it get stuck anywhere yet, which I had happen with previous robot vacuums in the past. I saw other reviews or questions concerning wet carpet from the mop pads. My carpets are medium/high pile and I have no dampness on the carpet from it moving from the hall to the kitchen, across the living room.

    update: 1.5 months. Still absolutely love it. I've settled in on having it mop/vac on the higher clean settings Mon & Fri to capture mess before and after the weekend and a normal vac only on Wed. I started with vacuuming every weekday and moping three times, but adjusted down. Just two of us at home, no kids or pets. I only have to empty/refill the water tanks once every two or three weeks. After 6 weeks I still haven't had to replace the dust bag. I only used water on the tank fill and it cleaned the floors well. I could tell when I emptied the dirty water tank, it's doing a good job mopping. It's never gotten stuck or trapped either. I can't recommend it enough. It's worth the price, for sure.

    I have had this since October 2023 and have been waiting to do the review until I felt comfortable leaving a recommendation. Now I can say that I absolutely love this!

    HOW IT CLEANS: The mopping feature leaves my wood floors steak free which isn't easy. They are too shiny and show every little paw print and spot. Between our Aussie Border Collie mix puppy and grandkids and a floor that shows everything it felt like I was constantly wiping up the floors before I got this gem.

    WATER AMOUNTS: Don't worry about it putting to much water on your wood floors. The mops are just damp and the is no excess water. It dries very quickly (5 minutes or less).

    EASY TO USE: You can pick areas, rooms or the whole house with the app. App is easy to use and show where it has been.
    It is also quiet enough to work on the floors while I am working from home. It talks to you keeping you informed when it is going to empty the dust bin, wash or dry the mops, etc.
